By agreeing to these terms, you understand the following: Mermaids bakery is open 7 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday, and 10 AM to 1 PM on Saturday for pick up of pre-orders only. I understand that it is my responsibility to pick up my order within business hours, and no refund will be given if I do not show up or I am late to pick up my order. Your order is not confirmed and will not be made, until we receive credit card information at least two business days prior to your pick up date. Orders may be canceled two business days prior to pick up date for a partial refund if any production has begun, or a full refund if production has not begun. I understand that the credit card number I have provided Mermaids Bakery will be charged up to two days before my pick up date. I understand that once the charge has been made it is nonrefundable.

ALERGY NOTICE: We use wheat flour, eggs, dairy, and nuts in our cakes and frostings daily. If you place an order with us, you understand that there is a chance of cross contamination. We take every precaution possible, but there is always a chance of cross-contamination.
